Marcia has been working at Golden Slipper Gems for 16 years and loves to build new programs that meet the needs of diverse clients and bring older adults together. Marcia worked at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in planning and administration before deciding to make a shift from traditional health care into the non- profit social service arena. Marcia graduated with a BA from the University of Connecticut, her home state and an MS in Social Work from Columbia University.

Moriah is a native of Israel, an ordained rabbi and a student of Midrash and Biblical interpretation which she studied and received a master’s degree in from the University of Pennsylvania. Moriah joined Golden Slipper Gems in 2016 and enjoys researching new and interesting topics to bring to her audiences that teach older adults about new subjects expanding their horizons.

Debbie joined Golden Slipper Gems as the Director of our new Bucks County site in June 2018. She is a dedicated non- profit manager with over seven years of experience in development in her prior position as Executive Director, Mid-Atlantic Region of Boys Town Jerusalem Foundation of America.  Debbie graduated with a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University and is a Board Member at her synagogue, Har Zion in Penn Valley.

Debra Ross has enthusiastically served as the Activities Coordinator with Golden Slipper Gems for over 7 years. Through music, art, or playing games, it is Debra’s greatest joy to connect with the residents, helping them rediscover vitality in their lives, and seeing their happy faces while they are engaged in the varied programs. Debra particularly enjoys helping those who have been introverted for most of their lives, to get out of their seat, and find laughter and lightheartedness by joining the dance circle! Before joining Golden Slipper Gems, Debra was an Artist in Residence and Painter of the Fine Arts at Lafayette College, in Easton, PA. Debra studied Elementary Education at Pennsylvania State University, and more recently has studied at Temple University, receiving her Certification in Feng Shui Consultation.

Dayna Glantz is delighted to bring engaging programming and activities to Golden Slipper Gems.  She combines a heartfelt commitment to helping senior adults age in place, along with strong skills to create and implement programs that allow active adults to remain involved and engaged. Dayna comes to us from KleinLife, Montgomery County, where she served as the center director.  Dayna graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a double degree in English and Judaic Studies. Originally from Connecticut, she has served the Greater Philadelphia non-profit community for the last fifteen years.
